Just an update

Like coming back from the grave, eh?

Anyways, an update. Yes, I've been very, very busy with school. Yes, I have been catching up with Slenderblogs. No, I don't know what's going on with Stormecho's blog.

Ugh, just been tired. Bored out of my skull.

Maybe I should go annoy His Tentacled-ness. Or maybe I should just go study.

I think studying's a better idea for now.

My desktop computer refused to boot up a few days ago. My dad took it down to his office where him and the resident tech-heads are looking over it. So for now I'm stuck with my mom's netbook.

For now.

And, also, school for me starts next Monday, so my blog posts will become less and less frequent. Maybe.

Lately I've been pondering over a simple question: Why?

Why does Slender Man exist?
Why does he attack children?
Why does he relentlessly go after people that somehow notice his existence?
Why is he always hostile towards those that look for information about him?

Questions and more questions just run through my mind every day, and I can never find answers for them.

Maybe. Maybe...

Well, if I keep looking, I'll probably find more answers.

Storm: Hang in there buddy, we'll figure out what's going on yet. Just stay strong, keep your wits about you. And Echo too.

More Thoughts

Just finished reading The London Librarian's latest post. Got me thinking: 'Slendy's all over the world!'

I mean, yeah, Ava's found evidence of his origins in Egypt, and me and Storm found some nice folklore that might be Slendy in Chinese, Malay and Japanese culture. At this rate, if I keep digging, I'll probably find evidence of Slendy from Singapore to Antarctica.

Just a few minutes ago, I started trawling through Google on Russian folk tales, fairy tales and ghost stories. I didn't find anything unusual. Russian fairy tales are mostly happy ending/sad ending types, no spooky stuff, but I'll keep looking.

If there's evidence of Slendy elsewhere than North America (no shit) and the Middle East, I'll stumble upon it somehow.

Settled down

Hoo, what a week. Finally settled down after at least a week's worth of packing, moving, packing and more moving.

I'm all comfortable in my new (if temporary) room, which is actually lots more comfortable than my old place. My computer isn't set up yet, making this blog post from my mom's netbook.

Anyways, until my desktop computer's set up, I'll be posting from this netbook. Can't really keep up with the videos, so I'll have to content myself with the blogs.

And hey, I'm running my own blog. Whoop dee do. :3

Went back to the old, beat-up flat today to get a box that had some wires in it. For my speakers. Yeah, hooking up some older speakers, but they have better sound quality for my tunes. The kitchen looked like a warzone. Bricks everywhere, metalwork 'n stuff. And the bathrooms too. Took only two photos with my phone, I'll have them up when I get my desktop comp back.

Yuss, finally I get to relax. No more heavy lifting and moving.

Sit tight boys and girls, more stuff coming your way. Probably my research into Slendy, or my thoughts on the various stories.

Storm - I'm not entirely sure, but you could try using dishwashing liquid, water and a towel to get rid of those marker scales. Happy April Fools, though a late one. ;)

Last post before I go missing

At least, for a short while anyway.

Tonight's the last night I'll have with my gaming rig before I dismantle it tomorrow morning to pack up and take down to my dad's office for safekeeping, until he can find a place to set it back up in our new flat. The move's been hectic, what with my parents arguing every now and again.

I may try to find an internet connection and a computer to continue these regular posts and updates, but for now, I'll have to contend with no access, and you guys will have to contend with nothing from me for the next few days.

Fear not, I have my PSP (Dissidia 012 FTW) and an entire shelf of sci-fi, detective and horror novels, as well as lots of manga and music to keep me company.

Oh, and the Slendy mythos, let's not forget that. I've finished up some of the other Slendyblogs, but by far the spookiest of the "core series" of stories is still Marble Hornets. Damn, as soon as the creepy bits came up I couldn't sleep without Slendy appearing in my head for a few nights. Hopefully, those things I've been reading that Slendy appears to those that think about him are false, 'cause I seriously doubt I'll be able to take the craziness that will follow.

Life update

So, an update with my life.

I probably won't be able to use a computer for a few days, since my parents and I are moving house. The old flat that we're living in currently is gonna get a small makeover, so for the duration of the renovation works I'll be packing up and moving to a spare flat that my parent's bought a few years ago but never used. I'll be packing up my computer tomorrow and moving it to my dad's office for the transition over to the other flat, so I probably won't be posting anything during that time.
